Presentation by the Administration about annexing parcels located approximately south of Van Horn Road, and east of Peger Road to the boundary with Fort Wainwright, into the University Fire Service Area. The area under consideration for annexation also includes Lakeview Terrace, Tanana Lakes Recreation Area, and the Fairbanks North Star Borough Landfill.

Presentation on expanding fire protection powers to include a specific level of emergency medical service.
